"Good apartament to stay in Fira"

Good apartment located 5 minutes walk to the Fira center. The host Nikitas is a really good person. Apartment is located close to the bus station which is very helpful

Our ever helpful host Nikitas greeted us upon arrival. He showed us around the apartment (and even demonstrated how to unfold the sofa bed). What strikes me most about his place is how brand new all the facilities are. Not only new but of high quality! From the double insulating window glass to the bathroom fixtures, all at least of 4 star quality. And I should stress this- it's a clean apartment!! That is always what I seek most in my choices. AC is very good and hot water in the shower is always plentiful.

This place is 3 minutes away from the high street in Fira Centre and 6 minutes from the bus stops. You are staying in the city centre. The apartment is spotless and comfy. The host Nikitas welcomed me at the door, checked me in and handed over the keys. During the check-in, with a map and bus timetable, he explained what to do in Santorini and how to get there! I had a local white wine and snacks as a welcome gift in the room. The apartment was renovated last year, so it is new, modern, clean and comfortable. You have a full kitchen with cutlery, a washing machine with capsules, iron and everything else you need. As a summary, don't hesitate to book this apartment. When I go back to Santorini, I will book this place again! Thank you Nikitas! I enjoyed my time there and you're a wonderful host.

I did not just like this property...I LOVED IT. From the actual property to the location to my host - Emmanuel - I have never felt this much-taken care of. Emmanuel and his brother touched base with me almost every single day and asked me if I needed anything. Emmanuel came a few times just to make sure I was OK. They were fantastic.As regards the location - IT IS THE BEST. I was so close to the downtown area of Fira. It was wonderful. I stayed here for a week and walked from Fira to Imerovigli almost every single day and it was fantastic!I genuinely cannot say good things about Grand-mere Caliope. The location, hosts, the actual apartment (OMG...it was such a stylish and sophisticated one-bedroom apartment). I loved my stay and would recommend it 100% to anyone wanting to travel to Santorini.

We had such an amazing time in this fabulous apartment in the heart of Fira. The location is unbeatable; you're close to the main square with tons of restaurants and shops and on the main road to explore the island. The apartment itself is gorgeous. It's brand new with everything you need, and the standard is high with a lot of attention to detail. We loved the shower! The apartment is quiet due to the soundproof windows, and the Wi-Fi is good. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the apartment is spacious. We were so happy to find this place and can 100% recommend it. You will be grateful to have chosen this apartment.A very special thanks to the lovely host and manager, Nikitas. Thank you for all your support and your warm welcome. We will come back!

"Perfect in every way"

the space is clean, adorable, and location is walking distance to everything you need. bus was down the st., shopping for food next door and all restaurants/shopping all within 5 min walk. the space was luxurious and clean. it felt like the perfect Greek getaway. the host was also extremely detailed and helpful-shocked how on top of it he was. we will be returning when we come back, this place gave me and my family a memory they would never forget. wish there were more people like this host and spaces like this.

Warm and Friendly host and Fantastic location in City Centre but also very calm and quite. 3-5min Walk from Fira City centre and close to all shops and restaurants and coach station. Recommended for couple or family stay.

"Perfect place"

Perfect little apartment, in a great location and with all the amenities that you may need for a wonderful stay. Nikitas, the owner was super helpful, letting us check out late in the afternoon as we had a later flight. He was also available, if needed, and sorted our delays and booking a taxi to the airport as well. The apartment is barely 4 minutes walk to the centre of Fora, and there is even a shop right next door from where you can get all your groceries, too.
